Shipping

Orders are shipped via EMS express.

Orders will be shipped out within 2-7 business days. EMS express takes 7-10 business days to reach most destinations (assuming there are no delays clearing customs).

The average shipping cost to US, CA and Western Europe per order is $15-$25. It's more economical to ship multiple items in one package as EMS express charges for each 500g.

If for any reason EMS is not available to ship to your destination we have the right to cancel and refund your order.

The shipping rate may vary/change at any time.

Live tracking is available after the package is scanned by the China post company. Tracking May take a 2-3 days after we ship out your order.

Return Policy

If there is a problem with your order please contact us via email (sales@HeavyVapor.com) to fix the problem. If we can’t resolve the problem, we will ask you to mail the part(s) back to us, once we receive the defective part(s), we will mail out a replacement. You must pay the shipping cost both ways . Item(s) must be returned in original condition.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for returning instructions.

Please note that we cannot take back carts, liquid, or DIY supplies for hygienic reasons.
